Output to file that can be plotted #82

It would be useful to be able to output the data/model data to a csv file, then the user can use whatever plotting software they would like.

Changed to plots, perhaps csv files could be produced in future but it was determined more useful for users to have a quick auto plot.

Instead of closing this, I will change the label to 0.0.6 and add the requirement that we should add a checkbox to split the figures, where there are multiple models/datasets, into multiple individual files.

This could be done with adding new columns to the .ort file for model reflectometry and a similar file for SLD profiles?

Changed the name of this issue to reflect the importance of some file that can be plotted however the user wants.
