Plotting multiple datasets and models #85

Currently only one model and dataset can be seen at a time. There should be a checkbox to allow a plot to be shown and a slider to control the offset between the different datasets.

This will probably require a bit of a refactor of the plotting proxy.

Let's wait for the new, QtCharts based plotting being developed by Andrew. This will require modifying the GUI model anyway.
