TI/A MANDATORY-TAG-284: problem with rule? #491

I have a file where I get an error for TI/A Draft, but the error seems faulty. The error:

MANDATORY-TAG-284 IFD1 PlanarConfiguration is mandatory regarding the TI/A specifications

But in the metadata, I see this:

284 PlanarConfiguration Chunky

I think the error says that there isn't a value for IFD tag 284, but the metadata says that there is a value for this tag. So there seems to be a problem with the rule or the metadata.
