For some reason Rebels don't get access to teleport to Kavala.It's a pain in the ass taking a helicopter to Kavala. Is there anyway you can add that so all rebels would be able to teleport there. Everyone else can but rebels. People like me who have a hard time driving a helicopter can't land there without any interruptions. For example getting shot down, Buggy cops, Citizens that try and steal your vehicle and plenty of more. Also if you tried taking a car there it would be too long of a drive. Taking a helicopter there and back where you want is a big commitment. Thank you.
