OCIO Maker: add additional gamuts/chromaticities.

This issue is a place to collect a list of the color gamuts/chromaticities that people want, so that we can implement them.

Please leave a comment with the gamut you want added. And if you can find an official source for what the RGBW chromaticities actually are, even better!

So far:

• [x] ARRI Wide Gamut 3 (a.k.a. ALEXA Wide Gamut RGB): white paper
• [x] ARRI Wide Gamut 4: white paper
• [x] Canon Cinema Gamut. Couldn't find an available white paper, but it's implemented in the Colour library.
• [x] FilmLight's E-Gamut. No white paper, but it's implemented in the Colour library
• [x] Apple's Display P3: documentation

Thanks for the white paper link! However, a couple of things:

1. I think you accidentally commented on the wrong issue: this issue is for gamuts/chromaticities, not transfer functions. #2 is for transfer functions like Canon Log.
2. All three Canon Log functions are already in ETF LUT Maker. They aren't called "C-Log" because Canon itself doesn't call them that, and I generally try to follow the manufacturer's naming conventions where it makes sense. They are called "Canon Log", "Canon Log 2", and "Canon Log 3" in the transfer function drop-down.

But really, thank you for taking the time and effort to comment here and find that white paper! That kind of thing in general is so useful to us, because sometimes those white papers can indeed be tricky to track down.
