4 years ago In our team discussion, we felt it might be a bit difficult to implement "safe areas" if the app becomes an open beta later and would limit release to only ANU, which would be difficult to manage from our client's perspective in Sydney.
Instead, we can have a pop up appear when the app is first opened reminding people to be aware of their surroundings and tell a friend when meeting someone new
Features like the safe area's and ANU referrals need some discussion about design before we can work on them post alpha release
