Auto hide people who haven't been on in the last x hours #56

Further enhancing security, pins should auto hide after x hours so that locations can't be tracked

Note: user location stops updating as soon as app is closed at the moment, this feature would stay.

When the user times out, it should clear their lastSeen value, then the map can include "has a timestamp" as part of the query to ensure unneeded people aren't loaded
