Should calculated incoming longwave radiation include an altitude correction? #50

The equation used is described in Flerchinger 2009, but does not seem to have a correction for altitude.

According to Flerchinger 2009, the algorithm of Dilley & O'Brien (1998) which is used in Simstrat does not benefit if used with an altitude correction. Anyways, part of this effect on incoming longwave radiation can probably be corrected during calibration of the model.
