Add docker run option #62

This allows for running Simstrat in a docker container.

Looks good to me and if you have tested it then it should be ok. Maybe you could add a link to released versions (i.e. the binaries)?

Not sure what you mean by the link to the binaries? The docker image is tagged with the related version (3.0.3) in this case.
