CH7-Disarm Motors #474

A CH7 option to disarm motors.  Basically a pde that runs the command:

init_disarm_motors();

This would allow a pilot to disarm the copter/plane with a flip of a switch.  
Although dangerous when activated in the air since it is a kill switch.  But it 
would stop those spinning props if a mechanical malfunction (lose a prop might 
flight) caused the aircraft to drop from the sky.
