RC6_RELAY does not work #495

Arducoper ACM1.4?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Test the relay trigger works in Terminal/test/relay
2. Go to Configuration/Aurducopter Config/Ch6 Opt and select CH6_RELAY
3. Toggle Channel 6 from Tx 

Expect to see the relay toggle but nothing happens. Have verified Tx Ch6 
output, and verified input on Ch6 in Radio Calibration screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM1 FW2.7.3 on JDrones Hexa. MP 1.2.13 on Win7 under Fusion on Mac OS.

All other functions work fine, including using Ch6 to tune various parameters.
