Autoland should end by disarming #576

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. let it autoland  - with throttle stick at minimum.
2. when the multirotor lands, motors will stop.
3. switch off transmitter.

The multirotor will now start motors and attempt to take off. (like a RTL at 
signal loss) 

It should disarm itself, or at least not start motors once it landed stopped 
motors due to signal loss, or stick input - or until a mode change.
