Make Auto Zoom Configurable in FlightPlanner tab of Mission Planner #381

When I plan a mission, I'd like to manually zoom the map to proper level so 
that I have a good overview. However, when I start to click on the map, it 
zooms automatically to fit the marker, and thus I have to zoom it back again 
and again. I don't like this feature, please add an option so that I can 
disable the auto zoom feature.

ive changed the logic on this, it now isnt as zoomed in as far, and will only 
autozoom after 1 extra waypoint. after that it will not autozoom. i may remove 
the 1 extra waypoint as well.

ive modified it to not zoom if the user has changed it.
