Add avrdude (windows) patch for ftdi chipset! #73

Hi, i want to ask you if you can add the avrdude patched version that support 
the ftdi dongle for programming (like the amontec jtag key!)

But there isnt any pre-compilated version of avrdude with the patch. The binary 
for windows have to been patched and recompiled

ps its not a big feature but will be nice

Seems like a whole lot of work for not a lot of users.
You can simply overwrite avrdude with your own copy.   Better yet, install it 
in a different location and point the location in the "configure" dialog.

Since FTDI won't work with er9x I don't think it's a needed feature.  I'll 
close this issue.

If you feel I'm missing something please reopen.
