Recurrence Exceptions not working #374

I first tried to post this question to the forum, but no one answered, so for 
now I'm going under the assumption this is a bug. When I attempt to create a 
recurrence exception it removes the first occurrence recurrence event to the 
current date and time instead creating recurrence exception at the specified 
time. To reproduce run the attached application. I'm using 1.4.0.2 of 
Calendar library.
