New style documents will not export with exportFormat parameter. #395

According to the gdata issue 2023,

Summary, new documents will not export with 'exportFormat' and instead should 
be exported with 'format'.  Several folks have confirmed that 'exportFormat' 
does not work.  Vic Fryzel says there will be a fix, but it's not definite.  
Can we update the library to support the new docs?

Sure thing. If they would tell me, i would have done it already BEFORE i 
release a new version....

Just read through the post. Looks to me that this is work in progress, and 
while exportFormat is not working for some docs, it's not like "format" etc is 
already there and documented. 

So, i guess this is "wait and see" until they pushed a solution for the above 
issue.
