cannot build calendar demo program -- System.Web.dll not recognized?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.first time developer - down load google .NET SDK 
2.use VS2010 to build CalendarDemo.Console project
3.build missing 4 Google.GData libraries
4.add library references to the project and rebuild
5.now missing reference to System.Web.dll from GData.dlls
6.add System.Web.dll from .NET v4 and rebuild
7.project does not build because GData.dlls do not
  recognize System.Web.dll as the correct version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
     Need to make a successful build
