The code is also available locally if you open the Visual Studio .sln in the 
Start Menu - Google Data API SDK - Google Data APIs Samples.sln

or

C:\Users\Hineynu\Documents\Google Data API SDK\Sources\Samples
C:\Users\Hineynu\Documents\Google Data API SDK\Sources\Library

thanks. The documentation is outdated. I spent quite a bit of time trying to 
figure out if I did something wrong and looking all over the place to get it.
