SDK 1.7.0 (latest version) is reporting a cab file corruption issue on install. #448

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the latest DotNet SDK msi file.
2. Attempt to install
3. Error dialog pops up.  Redownloaded... Error is repeatable....

Windows 7 64 Bit...

The first version of the uploaded .msi file was actually corrupt and it has 
been replaced with a working version, so please download it again and you 
should be able to install it.
