Bad URI for MultiDomainManagementService.RenameDomainUser() #494

For renaming a domain user with Google Apps Provisioning API,
The edit uri should be https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/user/userEmail/2.0/.
not https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/user/2.0/.

MultiDomainManagementService.RenameDomainUser() currently does not work.
