ごめんなさい私のIDE特有で自動で生成されてしまうファイルが混入してました！既にGithub上から消して.gitignoreに追加してます！

とりあえずコンテナ内でgitが叩ける状態にはしてあります。ただし初めに一度だけ、.gitconfigという名前で以下のフォーマットでルートディレクトリにgitの設定ファイルを置いておく必要があります

[user]
        email = メルアド
        name = 名前
