We have decided to use mkxp-z. As such, for the sake of portability, external executable code should be merged into mkxp-z. Things to merge:

~~Mode7 effect~~
~~First person raycasting~~
~~Battleback effects~~
~~Data decryption~~
~~Input key detection~~
~~Screenshot functionality~~
~~Re-run message window debug because font differences may cause different wraparounds~~
~~Graphics resizing may need reworked or just removed. mkxp-z can be resized like any other window~~

The world map now crashes for unknown reasons. Related to the battleback effect?

The above seems to be caused by the pixel buffer exceeding a certain length, which I believe to be that of a max signed int (2^31 - 1). The world map graphic was really large. We will just avoid this in scripting.
