Should we decide to do a painting minigame, mouse is the obvious choice for natural-looking drawings. However, should we decide to port to consoles in the future, we would want to have the ability to use analog as well.

Turns out that this has been implemented ages ago as part of mkxp-z. See axes_left and axes_right on the mkxp-z wiki for reference.
