Describe the bug Sometimes when changing worlds, colour codes // non-ascii characters get messed up. Major issue with SlimeFun items

To Reproduce It doesn't do it every time but when it does it's when you change world

Plugin version

Server version Paper 1.15.2 latest Tried different paper versions aswell

same issue with item colors but 1.16.1 as well

It doesn't appear to be a problem on 1.16.1 anymore, though, some have reported being a remaining issue on 1.15.2.

Can confirm this issue on 1.15.2

still a issue with my server from 1.15.2 to 1.16.2
