I've been using this since 1.14 and it's worked perfectly until i reached 1.16.5, it no longer works

Spigot Paper 1.16.5 MC Client Premium Production Server running

EssentialsX and Multiverse Core.

This was how i setup, never changed since 1.14, just stopped working. https://paste.helpch.at/ijiherasar.cs
