What does this PR do?

Added C# and Spring learning resources.

For resources

Description

For C# courses, it's a playlist on the Pentiminax channel. And for the books on Spring, there are several PDFs on the Baeldung site.

Why is this valuable (or not)?

It is useful for learning object-oriented programming in a dotNET environment or in Java with the Spring framework.

How do we know it's really free?

Yes it's free. For PDFs on Spring, you must enter your email address to receive them.

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.
