Adding Hindi translation for # CONTRIBUTING.md file #11298

This feature request proposes adding a Hindi translation of the CONTRIBUTING.md file to make the contribution process more accessible for Hindi-speaking developers.

Benefits:

Increase accessibility for the Hindi developer community. Encourage a wider range of contributors to participate in the project. Foster a more inclusive development environment.

Proposed Approach:

Create a new file named CONTRIBUTING-hi.md alongside the existing CONTRIBUTING.md file. Translate the entire content of CONTRIBUTING.md into accurate and clear Hindi. Update the CONTRIBUTING.md (English) to include a link to the Hindi translation (CONTRIBUTING-hi.md).

Call to Action:

We welcome any feedback or suggestions on this proposal.

we do not assign issues. PRs for Hindi will not be merged without Hindi review.
