Main areas of development

  1. update server config to Ubuntu 16.02 (Xenial)
  2. add more metadata scaping capability and fix scraping bugs
  3. revise Rightsholder signup process
  4. refresh FAQ content
  5. add supporter facet for OPDS api
  6. misc linting, refactoring, and bugfixes
