Added libretranslate to compose.yaml #45

Libretranslate is now integrated into our Docker container and had designated volume. Only two languages have been included: English and Swedish. You can test its functionality using Postman once the Docker container/containers are initialized. Previous pull request contained some additional files I picked from main, and therefore replaced with the current one with clean tree.

not sure why you closed last PR

I somehow picked plenty of other files in the previous PR when tried to rebase to master, and therefore thought it will be better to keep the structure simple and branch clean from commits that were already merged to master.
