Good Morning ! Does this plugin work with GE Historian version 4.5? Is the connection made via ODBC?

It uses GE Historian's REST API (documentation for 7.1 here)

I know it works with 7.1 and up. But I'm not sure about previous versions.

I'd check the documentation for your version and see if it has a REST API.
