Send other people's files as link to chat

When you right click on your own files, you have the option to "send as link to 
chat."
When you right click on someone else's files, you don't have that option.

I think you should have the option to "send as link to chat" with other 
people's files.

I also think you should have the option to send as link to PM, but that is a 
different enhancement.

This would not work. What would happen if you shared a file of a friend that 
none of your friends have added to their client? They'd obviously not be able 
to download from him. This also makes Alliance less secure since now strangers 
will know one of your friends is sharing xxx file.

If something like this was ever implemented we'd have to only allow it so 
mutual friends could see the shared file. Non-mutual friends would not see it.
