What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Alliance
2. Run with: java -jar alliance.jar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Alliance does not start, instead getting stuck on the splash screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Fedora 16
Oricle Java

$ java -version
java version "1.7.0_03"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_03-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 22.1-b02, mixed mode)

Same problem here, I believe it all started when I installed the new Java
update. Ever since then I can't open Alliance, just getting stuck at the splash
screen saying "Loading user interface", and then an error message pops up of
the Alliance symbol saying java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException.
I really don't want to install it all again, even though I'm not sure this will
help aswell.
