ClimbHome multiplayer script does not work in online multiplayer #889

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to play ClimbHome in online multiplayer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, it crashed with the following message shortly after starting:

“oops, queue error. in buffer: + (2213 > 0)”

I expect no crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r3d1eb6a66ba7 on GNU/Linux.

So, yeah, I had left that add extra team to set height in, 'cause it didn't 
seem to be desyncing in MP for me.
In retrospect, a bad idea, since I knew it was a problem.  Guess I thought it 
was ok at point the gear was removed or something.
Anyway, desync depended on team order, and I just went ahead and disabled that.

Might try setting height using first team like was in there before, but for now 
this is fixed by rfb38a9468862
