CSV Export Market Price is a duplicate of TCG Mid #15

When exporting the CSV, the Market Price is incorrect, and is instead a duplication of the TCG Mid price. This bug persists between adjusting the preferred pricing setting in the profile. AbruptDecay Price MarketPrice
