Windows: Eclipse 2024-09 broke the dark theme #21

As with https://github.com/Echtzeitsysteme/gips-eclipse-build/issues/19, the Eclipse update to 2024-09 broke the dark theme. This time, Eclipse will not even start up.

For fixing this, I will wait a few days until DevStyle updates their packages and then tag a new release.
