Removed mandatory gymnasium[box2d] dependency
Replace moviepy.decorators.use_clip_fps_by_default method in ./sheeprl/__init__.py to work with python 3.8, 3.9, and 3.10 (the function used to replace it is taken from the moviepy github repository).
