Speed up fingerprint recognition #1

It takes at least one second for my XZ2C to recognize my fingerprint from screen off, sometimes longer. The XA2 is a lot faster. Not sure if this is a device, platform, or kernel issue, but for now assuming platform.

I had it recognize my fingerprint, but the screen didn't turn on and it didn't vibrate. I had to press the power button and it was just unlocked. The entire point of it being on the back is to save a press.

So this seems to be an issue with Android 10 stock on the XZ2C. Android 9 was fast like XA2 supposedly. Not sure if this would be kernel or blobs. I guess first thing would be to try using fingerprint blobs from Android 9.

Huh, LineageOS 21 seems consistently pretty fast, however limited testing. Maybe it would still bug out if I use for a while.

Edit: Nope it is still slow.
