Remove displayed IP addresses. #2

I don't like how the forum displays IP addresses on posts, and I don't want our forum to collect these at all. I'm getting tired, and I don't know where to begin to look, so making this as a reminder.

You do realise they're not displayed to non-staff, right? That said, I could probably hack in an option to basically not log anything and edit the logAction() function to simply do nothing if said toggle is enabled.

Been thinking about it, and it might be better to log IPs, to do IP bans, but idk

It also helps in cases such as someone accidentally registering a duplicate account, or preventing reregistrations/spam accounts from the same IP address like you basically said yourself.

VPNs and proxies obviously exist, and besides, it's not like one can really be traced with an IP address. Mine likes to tell me I'm in Essex (not even the same county).

I think I should try removing IP addresses being displayed on posts, but keep IP addresses logged
