Language pack for r3dfox? #214

I think it's important to go ahead and make a language pack for r3dfox of its own, because if I install the language pack from Mozilla, it has a lot of options that are still untranslated.

I only know English, and I'm not sure how language packs work. Only the r3dfox specific stuff doesn't have a translation, so I don't think it's that big of a deal.
