makeup doesn't work? #277

Brief description of the issue

for some reason, applying make up results in a visual error.

What you expected to happen

the makeup to simply be applied and show up on the sprite

What actually happened

and 'ERROR' underlay on the sprite shows up.

Steps to reproduce

  1. apply makeup

Is this pertaining to Eclipse Station (Southern Cross) or Eclipse World (Geminus City)?
