About The Pull Request

added two files to #include to clear compile errors
finished going through all of Jack's notes
commented out the proc that causes cruciforms to reject augmented organs. I'm sure it'll be fine and won't break anything
fixed (hopefully) all the lore compliance stuff
added a few missing/misspelt objects that were causing compile errors

I'll be real, I don't even know if I should be filling this stuff out?
