update individual members of Working Group #59

Although Robert is a committer on the AsciiDoc Language project, and we very much appreciate his participation in this group, technically he's not a ratified member of the Working Group Steering Committee itself. And since this seems to be for ratified members only, we need to remove him. However, he will be included on the committers page for the AsciiDoc Language project once that site is up.

To be honest, the scope of this page is actually rather confusing. Are these the Steering Committee members? Or is it the combined list of all appointed and elected members on the Steering Committee and any project under this group? If it's the later, then we need to add a lot more people. So we need to go one way or the other, and also clarify that at the top of the page.

Hi Dan,

the page https://asciidoc-wg.eclipse.org/membership/ is about members, not the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee has a different page. To my knowledge there is no Steering Group, only a Steering Committee (that was an error in an earlier version of the site).

The working group charter describes the following members:

Partner members Partner Members are organizations that view open technical communication standards and technologies as strategic to their organization and are investing significant resources to sustain and shape the activities of this Working Group. These organizations need open technical communication standards and technologies to deliver their products or services and want to participate in the development of an open technical communication ecosystem. Partner Members of the AsciiDoc Working Group must be at least Contributing Members of the Eclipse Foundation.

Committer members Committer Members are individuals who through a process of meritocracy defined by the Eclipse Foundation Development Process are able to contribute and commit content or code to the Eclipse Foundation projects included in the scope of this Working Group. Committers may be members by virtue of working for a member organization, or may choose to complete the membership process independently if they are not. For further explanation and details, see the Eclipse Foundation Committer Membership page.

As Robert is a committer on the AsciiDoc Language project, and that is included in the scope of this Working Group, I conclude that he is a "Committer member" as of the definition of the charter. Therefore I added him to the list.

Are there other Committer members that I missed and that should be added?

(Update: today the page has a note: "This lists all committers not associated with a Partner member." - we can decide to put there also all committers that are associated with a partner member. We can of course change that.)

I now understand how you arrived at that list. It looks a bit strange at first that individuals who are already represented by their company are not listed. But when you factor that in, then everyone on the AsciiDoc Language project is represented. Therefore, I withdraw my change.

Thanks for the clarification!
