Deploy website to Eclipse Foundation openshift cluster #2

As discussed with the IT team.

Mikael and Matt W will collaborate on deploying the website to our cluster.

I've created the initial k8s descriptors: https://github.com/EclipseFdn/edgenative.eclipse.org/tree/master/k8s

..and a jenkins file: https://github.com/EclipseFdn/edgenative.eclipse.org/blob/master/Jenkinsfile

Please let me know if you need anything else from me to deploy this!
