Claiming namespace sensmetry #1578

I work for UAB Sensmetry which has just published an extension for editing SysMLv2 files on OpenVSX and on MS Marketplace.

As the person responsible for ensuring publication to OpenVSX I would like to claim the namespace "sensmetry", under which the extension is currently published.

My GitHub account is a (public) member of the largely unused (but verified for domain sensmetry.com) Sensmetry github organization.
