In https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/4157, we note that the file_resource table is by far the larges in our Postgres instance. It appears that it is only referenced by the /api/.../file/* API. It's not entirely clear that the API is being used in practice in our deployment. I asked on our EF Slack channel if we have a way to track traffic to this API.
