Reproduced on windows 10, did it twice just to make sure

  1. Download https://github.com/EclipsedMango/EpicSurvivalGame/releases/tag/v0.0.2-alpha
  2. Extract the zip file into a folder
  3. Open the folder
  4. Double click on executable file
  5. Click the play button
  6. Mine a rock and pick up the item
  7. Repeat step 6 9223372036854775807 more times

You will now have a negative stack size.
