Updated copyright text in technical report; clarified composite sensor handling in PCSP algorithms; made table reflecting new "Sample" properties for PCSP.

Comments addressed (provenance typo fixed, reference to TR updated, PCSP now inherits from sensor rather than peripheral class pattern)
