Angle of text in chromo plots #3

We can't see the names of each respective chromosome on the painted chromosome plots. We need to fix this in R.

It seems quite difficult to change the underlying python code, but i couldnt change it, so maybe the best option is to force the chromosome names to 1,2,3,4,5,etc. and have a key to work out the names.

We could get users to filter the names of the chromosomes before running the pipeline
