Longest module should summarise #46

the number of genes before and after running AGAT longest

Some assemblies only contain one seqeunce per gene, wheres other GFF files will print every isoform of a gene, so we need to kow which ones have changed

This feature has been added in 636b5b1

We now have a AGAT report in the results folder "longest" for pre and post processing
