Prevent Organization from signing up for Events #163

Bug Report

Description

The organization is able to sign up for an event. if it is an organization account it should be restricted from signing up for events.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. login as an org
  2. sign up for an event.

@RuthAnn1 , Is that ok? Do we want organization to be able to sign up for events? I would like to confirm that before I work on this Bugfix.
